Private Hospital of high level of specialty with a trajectory since 1986 that has been distinguished by its stability, security and quality, and humanized care within its services, which place them as the number one hospital in northern Mexico City.
Has been characterized by the personal attention to everyone of its patients, who trust their lifes to this great medical team, as well as operation and management team, who work in the continuous search of “health woth human sense” and who hav accomplished to have a warmthm secured and quality place.
Previously, Hospital Satélite was leaning on the help of college scholarship holders, to attend management activities with high volume and repetitive, which used to consume significant time of the management team.
This would allow them to focus on decision making and analysis.
Due to the pandemic contingency, they had to suspend the program, which brought an excessive backlog to the management team, affecting 56 management processes and demanding extra labour days from the collaborators.
After the analysis of a successful pilot, and the evaluation of the Automation Anywhere technology, as well as the capabilities of Sforce team, a mayor project was launched to benefit from the RPA technology.
With tangible results, an RPA program was created to automate all the management processes that will allow Hospital Satélite to be more efficient, improve response time to customers and patients, as well as to accelerate credit and collection processes with insurance companies.
